Important information about rentals, subscriptions, passwords, and live pay-per-view performances.
All streaming sales are final. Purchases can be disputed directly through PayPal. Your streaming experience depends on your device’s connection to its data provider. Password sharing may result in disqualification of purchased services.
Live pay-per-view performances are not included in the regular subscription. A password is emailed to the address used for the purchase and may be filtered into a spam folder. Do not make duplicate purchases if you experience an issue.
A live ticket is valid only for the scheduled live performance, not a replay. Sign in during the performance window and allow a few minutes after the scheduled time for the stream to begin.
